Personal information management policy

Dowon medical (hereinafter refer to 'the company') attaches great importance to the customer's personal information and complies with the relevant law of "The promoting of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection ".

The company will inform the personal information management policy to the customer about the uses methods of personal information which is provided, and the measures it takes in order to protect your personal information.

If the company modifies the personal information or management policies, we will inform you by the page bulletin board (or individual announcement)

■ Procedures and methods of destruction of personal information

In principle, the company will destruct the personal information after achieving the aim of the information collection. Abolition procedures and methods are as follows:

• - Abolition procedures
  The personal information which the members input in sign-in procedure will be moved to the DB after achieving the aim of the information collection. (And if it is paper it will be saved separately). The protection of internal guidelines and other relevant laws will be repealed after a certain period according to the specific circumstances. (Refer to the terms of personal information collection)
  As for the personal information that had been moved to DB, unless they are retained in accordance with the law otherwise they will not be used for other purposes.
• - Method of destruction
  The personal information records which are stored in electronic format will be deleted with the technical methods and it is irreparable.

In principle, the company will not provide user’s personal information to the third part except the situations as below:
With the agreement of the users, according to the decrees, according to the steps and methods by law or the case of the investigation required by the Authority.

■ The right and implementation method of the users and legal representative

The user can check or modify personal information that registered in the site anytime or withdraw the information as well. To withdraw or modify the personal information, click on the “My information”(or “modify membership information”,etc.).To deregister (withdraw consent) the information, click on “Cancellation of member” and it can be corrected or withdrawn under the confirmation of the user.
Otherwise you can contact the personal information manager by written document, phone call or email for measuring the information without delay.
If you are applying for the correction because of the error personal information, the information would not the used or provided on any place before the correction is completed.
Under the circumstance that the error information has already been provided for the third party, the result of correction will inform the third party to correct the information.
The information that the company removes under the requirement of the users will be processed on the basis of the “Collection and Duration of the personal information that collected by the company”, and the information will not be used for other purposes.
